Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. We currently ship across India only.
Shipping cost: Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) may carry a small handling fee, shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your VELATO pair. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, undamaged, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To start a return or exchange, email hello@velato.store with your order number. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or drop-off.
Return shipping: For a change of mind, a small reverse-pickup fee may be deducted from your refund. Returns and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items are always free.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned pair, we’ll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
Non-returnable
For hygiene and safety, worn shoes, items missing original packaging or tags, and final-sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
